Need help upgrading my gfx card

Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading from my geforce 2 gts to an MSI Geforce 4 ti 4200 128mb for E228. And i was just wondering if it would work with my Gigabyte 6VX7B-4X. I'm not sure what my power supply is but i'll check tommorrow and see. I've checked on the viaarena forums and it dosen't say anything about my mobo so do you…

Im thinking of soing the same thing but i have a different board.
but is there a problam with the 128 meg version of that card?

I see Game starting selling the 64meg ti4200 for 244 yoyos!
