I have a abnormality in where the tip of my tongue is attached to my gum and its a problem for kissing. A friend of mine had that and I think still does actually. He said it was a problem kissing etc but is happily married now.

If it really is a problem I'm sure you can get it surgically fixed if you go to a doctor.
