MPG Films downloading speeds

    Can anybody tell me how long it takes for me on an average connection to download MPG films 10 minutes and 30 minutes long,and also how long does it take to download your typical length Hollywood movie?(a friend of mine did it a few years ago-took him days i think).
    And yes before you ask I AM trying to see how long it takes to get free porno films lasting more than 10 seconds.Happy now?:D :)

    Dial up connection, and full speed (5-5.5kbs), 10minutes, deceant quality, probably looking at 15mb+, mpg, or avi. Will take a while, half hour at the very least.
    (feel free to refute these figures by the way)

    Single ISDN, 7-8kbs, same figures as above, 20 minutes minimum

    Dual ISDN, 14-16kbs, about 15 minutes


    All this of course depends on the connection speed of the source of the file.

    Your probably using Kazaa or something. Ive downloaded movies, Starwars: ANH, and ROTJ, about 3-5 days. But thats not non stop. If i stayed connected for long enough, at Dual ISDN, then around 10 hours for the full movie.

    Dial-up, dont bother, rent the movie!!
