    Are there any irish servers for MOHAA? If not does anyone know any good servers? And is there any way to make maps for MOHAA are haven't they released that yet? (Will they)

    No irish servers i think but UK ones are fast enough even on 56k sometimes.Stick with Barrysworld,Jolt,Barrybookable,Blueyonder servers,just filter them out on Gamespy Arcade or All seeing eye,or in game browser.
    There are hundreds of maps available .Check these out

    Sound, how long dose it take to download custom maps. Is it just like half-life. I mean like queing for a game. What ping do you gte on a 56k

    That isnt an option with mohaa ,downloading maps from servers isnt possible as the bandwidth Mohaa takes up it would kill everyone elses ping on the server if someone was dloading.

    Avg ping would be 200+.
    Maps are from 2mb to 5mb (mine are 11mb sorry ....LOL)

    DH,the best tip i can give regarding your 56k is do what i did.
    Firstly i love MOHAA but netcode is total ****e for 56k.
    It was recomended to me by lots of guys from Clan Radox forum[Irish Counter-Strike clan] to try out Day of Defeat mod for Halflife.
    Since i regularly play Counterstrike [incase u dont know it too is Halflife mod] online with very little lag with 56k.
    Halflife has about the best netcode about.
    Counter strike and Day of defeat use this code also which means a 56kers dream.
    Day of Defeat is very like MOHAA, ie WW2 weapons etc but its actually a better online game.At first i was a sceptic but after a few trys i loved and still do love it.
    Its a 180 mb download i think but good news is this months PC gamer magazine has it on cd for you.aLL YOU NEED IS hALFLIFE INSTALLED for it to work.
    Seriously 56k is totally fine on servers all over Europe.
