    hi,

My abit sa6r motherboard supports agp x4. I set the bios to x4 and installed my new gf4 ti 4200.
however i've noticed that it says under Windows that my agp slot is still only running at x2 but when i boot up and look in the bios it says its set for x4.

    any ideas?
[aside] is there much difference anyway? [/aside]

I'm not sure why that's happening, but have you looked about for BIOS updates that may address the problem?
