Name the songs?

There's two really good songs being played on Phantom a lot lately, the lyrics go: "OH YOU SAID YOU WANTED HER NOW YOU KNOW THE POWER OF LOVE. YOU SAID YOU NEEDED HER, YOU GOT HIT BY A LASER ???" And the other one, the only lyrics I know are when the guy sings "Diamond ring, diamond ring" Can anyone help?
