What's this Song/Band? (long shot!)

    This is a longshot but I'll give it a go.

    Basically I'm looking for a song that I remember being very cool ... only problem is I don't remember the bands name or even any of the lyrics! The band was the standard four piece and played metal (obviously :) ) and had this female vocalist who had that Courtney Love type of voice ie lots of melodic whispering followed by extreme shouting for choruses.

    If it helps I remember the video for this particular song had a lot of Marilyn Manson bondage type stuff going on in it and they had the lead singer (who was typical goth in appearance) dressed up like a little girl playing with her dolls etc (strange bloody video). The other band members were dressed up as priests and were watching her playing or some such from what I can remember.

    So basically if you could even list any metal bands who would have been on the go (and played on Headbangers Ball a lot) around 1996 with a female singer who dressed like a goth and sounded a lot like Courtney Love then could you just list em here because finding out this tune is wrecking my head. I'm sure if I even just saw the bandname written down by someone it'd come to me in a flash but right now I need inspiration from you guys.

    Well I was gonna say Arch Enemy, but they are a five piece and Angela Gossow didn't join em til 2001/2 so I'm afraid to say that I don't know the answer to yer question there.

    Here's some bands with female singers but alot of em are totally inaccurate...
    Otep
    Defenestration
    Lacunia Coil
    Snake River Conspiracy (I think)
    Tairre B

    I don't know anything about any of them I'm just going by what I've just glanced over in Metal Hammer and so on.

    Thanks for that Pornnapster.

    It turned out Tarrie B. was kinda the right answer. The song was called Kiss or Kill by a band called Manhole and she had supplied vocals for them. But just to make things even more confusing for legal reasons the band had to change their name from Manhole to Tura Satana soon after it's release! :rolleyes:
