UTVip connection problems

    Hi to everyone at UTV,

    When I dial in to UTVip I connect at 48,000 as opposed to the 50,667 I get with another isp, this is not a huge problem in itself, but frequently the connection slows to a crawl and then disconnects.

    If I dial up with my old isp everything is fine and since I have not changed anything on my end (that I'm aware of) I am wondering how I can stop this happening? and is anyone else having similar problems?

    OK, we really need to nip this in the bud.

    This type of question could probably be addressed by email or at least on the existing utv thread.

    This isnt a utv support forum.
