GS who is gonna hire anyone when they know in advance we spend half our day on the boards!!

    example
..Can I have a job please?
    not in this lifetime buddy!

    however...
it's a good idea in so far as someone might know of a job going..

    you should wash more.

i did notice a bit of dirt behind the ears, but i am too polite to say anything.

with regard to putting your cv for all and sundry to see i dont think its a good idea because lets face it, who wants their personal details know by anyone who wants to look at them?
    i sure as hell dont.
and i wouldnt let anyone else do it either.
i have no problem letting people ask for people for a position, and then exchanging details off line, thats their own business, but ti dont want anyones life on show on this web site 24/7

if that is what you are talking about.

    well yes it was

but also the resumes posted could be of benefit to those who are looking to make their cs for the first time and can see some real life examples.

but if ppl are not happy about having their personal details for all to see then i guess thats fair enough.

GS, there is a sticky here for CV's and as far as i remember, my CV is up there for people to view. obviously its edited, but its there to view anyway.
and f course, there is always room for people to stick up their CV and ask people to look at it as beat did yesterday.
i dont have a problem with people putting up their CV, i just dont want an easily accessable thread with a list of personal details hanging about.

good thought though, theres no reason why people cant add their CV to the CV sticky if they want to be helpful (like me :))
