Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cache (AKA Redwood) is NUI, Galway's web proxy.

It proxy's the connections for all Computer Services Suites, Staff PC's etc. (Some Depts run seperate proxies).

So that one narrows it down to about 12,000 (excluding staff) people

NUIG, Comp Services have in the past tracked down and banned students from their facilities for "indiscressions" (more serious than this) committed from an account. They published the two students names on the main college Comp Serv Bulletin (on the college homepage ).

I was just making sure that you didn't block the IP of the main web proxy for the college
