same as anything else in life.. start at the bottom and work your way up.. get a car and start shuttling your mates band to and from gigs

i may have imagined this, but i remember going to the TBMC years and years ago to check out their sound engineering course, and i think u can actually train to be a roadie there.....they did sound, lighting, and roadie's!!!!
