Here's a funny one. My printer won't print B/W. Colour works fine. The cartridge is full, the nozzles aren't blocked and I've even tried reinstalling to no avail. Can't see a physical problem.

    Any ideas anyone. It's a Lexmark Z32.

    Cheers

Does the test page have no black on it?

If so I'd be tempted to suggest you try another ink cartidge to ensure yours is not bogey.

I know that with an Epson it will create a composite black (gray really) from the 3 colours in the colour cart once the black runs out....my friend ignores the light that TELLS him it ran out :)

it reverts to black from the black once he pops it in. You may have a situation where it did not revert.
