Netsmart and ISDN

Hi, well I have signed up with Netsmart, but for some reason I cannot connect, has anyone connected to this service with ISDN yet? If so, what was the DUN settings? I have used the telephone number and all other options that they have supplied, and I was informed that earlier this week ISDN would be supported. Thanks Leverz
