Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey folks... just a quick question...

Is 2fm available on British Sky Digital??? Some folk I know want stuff recorded to Mp3 at digital quality, and since my soundcard decided it didnt want to use the recording program, I'm gonna have to 'employ' someone to do it. :)

Is it available, and if so, channel number???

    Thanks. :)

The arrival of 2fm on Sky hasn't done it any harm anyway. I noted that it is getting a UK listenership as I do occasionally hear UK listeners ringing in. I heard one UK listener asking Larry Gogan if it was possible for UK people to take part in the Just A Minute Quiz! :)

Please take not though, that the sound quality on satellite is comparible to MP3 quality, so when you record it to your computer and compress it to MP3 you essentially get sound that has been compressed twice.

I would probably listen to 2fm quite a bit except the sound quality on Sky is really awful - loads of distortion. Is it this bad on FM?

The Just a minute quiz has been getting callers from mainland UK for a long time. 2FM is available throughout quite a lot of the UK on medium wave. I remember calling up years ago (1995/1996 time) from West Yorkshire. Didn't win though :(
