O2 prepaid GPRS - Help !

I recently bought a Noka 7650 and i cant get O2's gprs service to work. I rang O2 and was told they dont support the 7650 but it should work , i was sent the config message and saved it to my phone but every time i try to connect i get "temporary network problem" any suggestions ?

don't worry - it's happening on any mobile i try here with the pre-pay sim card

called them and they said they are working on it
