The epg is the Electronic Program Guide.
Its the telly guide that comes up on sky when ya press the tv guide button.

Erm, its 998, "Sky Welcome" 999 is the "Sky Customer Channel"

Sky Welcome shows all about using Sky Digital, and Sky+. Pay no attention to Sky+, as it doesnt yet work outside of the UK.
