unstable 56k connection

    I used to connect to e-live @52,667 with my external SupraExpress 56e pro, good strong connection with no drops.

    Since joining UTV I can only connect @48,000 max but at this speed I have lots of disconnects and so I have to force a lower connection of 46,667 to make it reliable.

    Anyone guess whats wrong?
