Best cheap card for TV-OUT

Looking for a cheapo card with good TV-OUT Quality for a mate. Main use will be .AVI's Not too hopeful as my own Ti4600 has pretty poor TV-OUT. Have seen cheapo Kyro 4000XT cards. Also GF2 MX, GF4 MX420, and Radeon 7000's. Always liked ATI for TV-OUT myself. Any recomendations ?

As you said.. ATI for TV out... get a cheapo Radeon.. will do good for TV out.. and not too bad for games either... Nvidia's are not the best for TV out but they do the job too.. and a cheap GF2MX or whatever is "el Cheapo!!"
