i recently have set up a network in my house and of course, to be nice, ive set up the internet connection sharing (im on isdn btw) with my sister who constantly whores kazaa and the line which just really gives the internet connection sharing a bad name.

im looking to find a program that can limit bandwidth to other networked computers which works with windows XP. i've really looked everywhere but its very hards to find. any help?

oh yeah, regi kindly suggested something called tcpnice which seems nice but its for nerds only

You'll have to run a seperate proxy to XPs own Internet Sharing I'd warrant..

Lower the MTU on her computer. No need for other proxies or anything else.
