Does anyone know if an email address that is included in the BCC can be seen by the person in the 'To' field? If the Bcc address was included in the email there must be a crack to allow it to be viewed?

Yes, I do. No, it can't.

It's not included in the mail. It's a bit like sending a letter to someone for redistribution: You send a letter to them with a list of names to send it to, and they copy the letter and make a new envelope for each person. Only you and the distributor know the list of names.
