Is there an affordable wireless method of sending a webcam image, updated every 30 secs or so, over a distance of about 3 miles (not line-of-site)?

D-Link do a 2.4ghz wireless webcam...maybe you could figure out a way to do it using that ?

Ill be honest there is no way of getting a cheap wireless link over 3 miles non-LOS

The gear i have seen that does it is 10,000 euro....

If u could repeate the signal over a highpoint with LOS on both locations u probably could do it (for a ok amount of money)
