Apart from Etain there is the mysterious Regtel

Regtel is there to regulate the premium rate industry and has a nice office in Dublin 2 (where else) and a nice big staff to do precisely what ??!?

They have a director and a deputy director.

    Regtel

    Crescent Hall
    Mount Street Crescent
    Dublin 2

    Staff

    Fred Hayden
    Sharon Winston
    Mary Maher
    Seamus Given

And this has what to do exactly with Ireland Offline?

Not being sarky, but i dont see how chatline numbers are anything to do with internet access.
Can regtel 'cross the line' somehow?

Because this country is so small that one proper regulator is enough. As a consequence of the Regulator soup there is one beneficiary, €ircon.

    Lemme see.

    ODTR
    Regtel
    ODCA
    TCA

    For starters.
