    What sites out there offer free text messages?

    I know Voda have them (but only to 087 numbers) and O2 (only to 086 numbers). ICQ allegedly has them (but I don't want to install it).

    Quios used to do it, but they've gone all corporate.

    Anyone know any others?

    icq do it via the web as well, you dont need to download, it's damn fast to

    02 do it to any number including international (500 a month)
