Is there a cost per MB/month/... comparison anywhere ?

I'm not sure about my sums here but is this right ?

Taking a perhaps ambitious 5KB/s connection speed.

For 1 cent a minute off peak access:

much time you would have to spend on line to cost the same as 
ADSL from esat/eircom.

            

For 150 hours off peak for &#8364;30:
