but alas this wasnt to be true

There is an operation but I would imagine its painful as hell and so expensive you'll probably have to sell a kidney to pay for it.

I think that these penis enlargement surgery methods involve placing fat onto the outside edges. As far as i know medical science finds it tricky to technically enlarge the member as opposed to cosmetically enlarge it. I can only presume that you want it cosmetically enlarged?

Go see a doctor™ and you can get some serious response.
