PDA for mobile internet /e-mail collection.

    Hi Everybody

    I am think about getting a PDA for collecting e-mails and v. light internet surfing. I would also like to be able to use word + excell.

    I would like a landline modem or a connection to a mobile i have a siemens M35 and serial port cable (I connect through my mobile from time to time from my PC).

    I don't care about os or about the maker as long as it is a name i would have heard of.

    I would prefer a colour screen and a cost of at less that €400.
    I might be able to go higher but i doubt it.

    Does any one have any suggestions about what i should look for?
    I have never used a PDA much before.
