why do Sky show Family Guy at 12.30 and 5.30 on a Sunday. loads of the jokes are cut out and it is really annoying. why couldn't they show it instead of some of the ****e they show post 9pm

Its to do with the fact that sky 1 just dont have a clue. One minute they are the cheeky"lads channel" showing 3rd rate soft porn like British Sex.The next they are making the most amazingly pointless cuts from the Simpsons and Family Guy.See this site for some of the most bizarre cuts they have made http://www.depro.co.uk/legacy/main11.html
    Some of it is unbelieveable.

TBH Sky 1 really is a sh1te channel-why they keep showing Simpsons eps that were on the BBC 5 years ago beats me

    take yesterdays episode

    unedited
Chris was coming out of the bathroom and the grandfather assumed he was choking the chicken hence the whole burning in hell thing

    Sky version
it made absolutely no sense at all

    unedited
Superman in hell explained why he ended up there

    Sky version
    totally left out

show it properly or don't show it at all. try showing the kiddies version at 5.30 with an unedited version after 9pm. i'm going to say **** it and just buy the DVD's
