Possibly interested if landlord in question is ameniable to allowing me install an EsatBT DSL line also dependant on availibility.

Wel if this goes ahead, it wil be just me and you, should be fine, a large duplex apr with a bedroom each, med-large sitting room and a separate kitchen etc
