Hi Darth - you'd need full internet access - last time I checked with O2 they hadn't launched full internet GPRS for pre-paid customers, only the WAP access was available.

ReqWireless WebViewer Application requires an internet connection to submit requests to the ReqWireless servers, the server then fetches the content for you and sends it back to your device (you can see the browser imprint in your web server logs).

So unfortunately, until you can connect to the O2 GPRS internet or open.internet Access Point you won't be able to use that application. (You could try a 14.4k dial-up CSD connection to the O2 ISP - but you'll be charged by the second).
