Anybody using Nortel e-mobility 802.11b under winxp?

Where did you get drivers for your card? If using the nortel drivers how did you get xp to recognise it and give wifi functionallity? Device manager says my card is working but the "view available wireless networks" box is shaded out whenever I open it.
