    Yeah, they're like a band you'd dance and sing along to when pissed , but I'd never sit down and listen to them.

    Too cartoony for my liking.

    Not saying that they aren't legends of course.

    I'm not one to ''hate'' bands usually, but some bands just make my blood boil for some reason:

    -Nirvana
    -Aiden
    -Helloween (I used to love them!)
    -My Chemical Romance
    -Kings Of Leon
    -White Stripes
    -Slipknot
    -Korn
    -Limp Bizkit
    -Linkin Park
    -Black metal in general (way too evil)

    And then there are some bands I just find kinda mildly irritating. This is usually through no fault of theirs, but due to overhyping at the hands of fans of theirs who are friends of mine:

    -Queens Of The Stone Age (sorry, not ''The best rock band in the world'' as one of my friends' cousins said)
    -Dream Theatre (so, their drummer can play 6,000,000 beats per second and all their songs are 25 minutes long; Queensryche are the DADDIES of prog metal and dont need the stupid gimmicks)
    -Blink 182
    -Metallica (great band, great live unit, but please.... stop pumping them up and constantly playing them!)
    -Weezer (way too 'fun' and preppy for my liking)

    I dont like Emo bands, nor do I like indie style bands like Kings of Leon nor do I like Nickleback or Greenday. In the metal genre, I'm not a fan of Cradle of Filth. I do like their music but its Dani's voice that puts me off. I also dont like Cannibal Corpse. Way too much bass gutteral vocals for me to even attempt to get whats going on. They remind me a bit too much of Hatebeak to take them seriously.

    Yeah I find the riffs super cheesy and the vocals drive me insane, not a Bruce fan. It's hard for me to find any depth in their music, it's all very one dimensional.

    Agree with everything here...........apart from TOOL!!! How the f**k can u not like them?? Brilliant band.

    Can I add Marilyn Manson to this list, and also the countless amount of bloody black metal bands with their stupid facepaint!!!! It's been done before, ffs...............see KISS!!!!

    Never got into them,and had the misfortune of seeing them bore punchestown to death at ozzfest in 2002 as last-minute headliners. Never heard so much tripe in my life!!

    pretty good hate list there (except for Tool, like WTF). I'd add the following:

    All american rejects
    bon jovi
    good charlotte
    depeche mode
    Rainbow
    Him
    Blink 182/sum 41 (and all other pop-punk)
    nirvana
