Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

favourites not un-selectable cause channels gone!

    i had 10 music choice channels on 'favourites' sky changed these to one channel with sub menues, I have not been able to unselect these favourites as they are no longer listed in 'channels'. Have tried everything obvious and not so obvious and phoned everyone possible!!!- help

    I know what you mean.
    I have only 19 favorites now. My music choice favorite deosen't even work as I have no sub on the box.

    I have tried "new install", Forced Downlaod everything. Still there.
    Einstein TV favorite vanished when they left air. So if Sky removes the channels altogether (they are of course still individual channels really), your 9 unfavorites will vanish. Maybe.

    Perhaps if enough people write to Sky (phone?! :D) they might fix this bug.
    Next card & SW supposed to give more user control.. We see!

    I cant explain it but
    i put my FTA card in my original Box (with favoutites problen) when i returned my normal SKY card all the locked favourites were gone BUT i inherited one new one from the UK digibox ??? not bad I now have 19 out of the 20 available again.
