    *sigh*
i hate when u do a show and the day after it finishes you feel all depressed and cant be arsed doing anythin (even though actually getting up off yer arse would help combat this lonely feeling)

anyone else ever get this following a show? I cant help but feel that if i get this bad after somehting that's been running for a week, i'd never make it into proffessional theatre!

    What show did you do?

The let down/depressed feeling probably comes from finally getting back to being yourself again instead of the persona you took on and threw yourself into for while you were performing.

it was a show made up of loads of different things, there wasnt a 'role' that i had in it, i was in various scenes, doing singing and dancing.

im not too bad now though. im just wondering if everyone else get's it 2.

It's even worse when the end of the show feeling comes about in the play. In the tempest most of the last scenes have that feeling to them.
