Front Row with NTL

Why is it that NTL UK have about 25+ films everyday on their Front Row while NTL Ireland have a poxy 4 that never seem to change much? I guess it must be to do with the cableing that's used not having enough capacity but what about the areas that have new cable. Why can't we get a decent service?
