Picture problem

I have had a problem with the quality of some channels for the last week or so. The sound and picture break up frequently on some channels (e.g. MTV, Discovery H&L etc). I thought the recent storms may have moved the dish, but the signal quality test shows about 90%, while the strength is about 85% (they have been like this since installation in March, with no problems). I've tried restarting the digibox after a few minutes with no power, but this didn't fix the problem. Anyone any ideas?

Yes I had the same problem last night with ITV and also with Sky 1 with the audio break up. My signal quality if 80%. Not sure what can be done as it is only episodic.

Experience severe audio distortion, like damged speaker cone sound on Sky1 durung Andromeda and on something else.
Thought TV was faulty but it isn't :-)
Not a signal strength / BER problem as you get pixellation first.

Must be at Sky's end.

I too experienced problems yesterday. All the Vertical polarised transponders were way below signal strength. First I thought I had LNB problems or the receiver was going for a walk on its own.

Im out near Austria so in this case it was total breakup! worried for 30seconds..... Then again it was only CH5 and crap channels too.
