my sound card is a sb live player 5.1, and headset is a plantronics DSP500.

anyone know what i need to do to fix this ?

If you are using Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced ->Multimedia -> Play sounds on webpages

but it was already enabled, i unclicked it and reclicked and still the same ,

anything else i can try ?
