Making a computer shut itself off??

Hi, I won't bore you with why I need this but is there such a thing as a program that can (at a preset time specified by me) shut down all active programs on my computer and then shut down the computer itself without me having to be present to do it? Thanks.

If you already have GetRight (download manager) installed on your computer, you can use it to shut down your computer at a given time. Just do a "Scheduled Hang Up" and select "Turn Computer Off When Done" as well. It works even if you're offline.
