this isnt a request, im just asking why are good rom sites hard to find, or is it due to bandwith/legality issues just?

Your joking aren't you? There are hundreds of sites out there. The "legality issue" don't mean a thing in certain countries so hosting rom sites isn't a problem. Any rom can be found with google with only the smallest bit of effort. As a rule skip the first page of a search cause it'll all be crap pop up sites..
