Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No ITV,Channel 4 on FTV Card

    Hello All,

I got my hands on a FTV card that was married with a different box. When I put the card into my own box I thought that I would receive ITV,Channel 4 and Channel 5 no problem. I can only get Channel 5. On ITV and Channel 4 there's a banner that comes up saying to ring a UK number to have the card upgraded or something. Does anybody know what I should do here? What are my options to get the channels back?

    Thanks in advance,
    Mark.

    Leave the card in.
These channels will activate in about 2 hours.

Why not just ring the number?

The commercial channels (ie ITV, C4, C5) are supposed to work on an unmarried card. The BBC channels will only work on a married card.

That's how it's supposed to be anyway...
