    10. Sub Woofers.....boom...boom down the road................shoot on site
    11. Dance Music with high Base........a good beating......banned from driving for life and afterlife
    12. Dopes who role down windows in the freezing cold to let you hear their bad taste in music..................2000 points......banned for 5 Yrs
    13. Old Bags that indicate 4 miles down the road before they actually turn....beat them....ban them

    Women who put on lipstick and do a million and one other "women" things while driving. Ban them. Tie them to the bull-bars of unneccessary off-road jeeps.

    People who drive unnecessary off-road jeeps. Crash them into walls at 100 mph with the driver restrained inside. Ban them.

    Honking your horn in a 100 car log-jam on Pearse street, cos like THATS GOING TO HELP. Dragged from the car, stripped naked, beaten, hosed down, covered with smack and dropped off in Summerhill.
