I already answered your post in the Games Forum. And Shinji even told you he'd seen it in shops... It may be 4yrs old but it doesn't really fall into the catagory of emulation as it's a PC Game and as I also mentioned in your thread in the games forum its not Abandonware. If your really desperate to get hold of this game why not post on the wanted forum? or look at ebid.ie or whatever....
