cleaning printer

my printer doesnt print good colour at all and iv just but in good cartidges, it comes out kinda blue for black and this just happened after i put in the cartidge so the printer isnt faulty or anything, any1 got any ideas, thanks, alan

What make of printer is it?

THe software usually has options to clean printer jets if colour is dodgy...
