Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tried to order a 2nd FTV card from the same UK address.

Was refused - only possible with full system details - wouldn't let me order the card and provide details later.

Bit of a pain and will call back

When I was getting mine last year, you are only allowed 1 FTV card per address/tv licence.

What if the UK person has a Sky account which obviously includes getting BBC etc, can they also get a FTV card for a 2nd tv they may have ??

Ordered an ftv card while in the UK last week. Told the girl I had an old Sky card that was supplied with my 2nd hand box, but decided to order as they were issuing new cards. She didn't ask me for anything except my UK post code and to confirm the house number

You're allowed up to 4 per household.

Appears they start getting suspicious with more thna 1 - I just said it was for a 2nd room. Said they needed to Digibox details before orderign the card.

They shouldn't ask you for digibox details until you are registering the card, that is, after you have received it.
I ordered two cards in one go last week, I just said 'Oh....I have a digibox upstairs too...will I be able to see the FTV channels on that one?' and she said no you need a second card, i'll send you another one out.

    Piece of cake :)
