    Has there been a thread on snoring before? Oh well... there is now anyways.

    So are there any perminent solutions or... What are the best solutions. My own snoring is starting to keep me awake! :)

    I snore...but i can also stop snoring...if i am snoring i'd ask my room mate to wake me up, I'd then clear my throat and then sleep on my side and problem solved....

    One thing thats quite funny that was pointed out to me by a friend is that whenever I snore they tell me to shut up. I don't wake up but for some reason or another I do actually stop snoring... weird.

    It's a bitch when you've got a cold, though.

    yeah i snore too , flippin embaressing when you stay at some one elses and the next day they tell you , you were snoring ggrrrr.

    you can snore strips in the chemists there are elasterplast strip that go across your nose and helps to support your airways so that they dont collaptse and you have to suck in air or snore
