Fantastic huge double room (with tons of storage space in the room's Sliderobes, never mind the bath/shower ensuite that you'll have all to yourselves) to let in Ballsbridge, need someone ASAP! Room would ideally suit a couple, for a couple would be €420 per person per month, for single occupancy would be €840 per person per month. Non-smokers & housebroken professionals only please - (but who are good fun & good crack as well), need 1 months deposit as well as another month's rent due on December 3rd next & references (prev landlord's preferable but bank & work will do also). Loads of living space for a 2-bed apartment, will only be sharing with one other. TV/Video/Dishwasher/iron & ironing board & washer-dryer included, need someone to move in by December 2nd so HURRY!
