    i recomend adding polar and the 66 electric to this category!!!!

    they'd both get my vote ahead of the others there...great live too!

    I tried to keep this category to three, others did not get in. I also had to keep a bit of mass appeal in mind. Maybe next year?

    Fix up that bloody poll mate. Last time I checked there was more than 3 new bands in Ireland during the past year and your excuse of 'limiting it' has to be the weakest thing I've heard in days. :rolleyes:

    Stick The Tycho Brahe in ferfuxake. The award should be Best New Irish Act, not Best New Act to Ireland, anyway.

    Nobody has suggested them (until now). I have heard of Berkeley before, but kind of forgot about them.

    yeah it was cool...
    I run a site about them and i missed this so maybe sum other people did too.......The new berkeley album "Hope.Prayers and Bubblegum" is available now from their record companies website and at their gigs for €15(incl p&p).
    I oredered mine the friday before last and it still hasnt cum so i dunno if they hav it in stock or what......but go get it anyway.I hear it's greatest thing to cum out of ireland since Brian Kennedy.
