Just a quick question.

I have noticed that the local tesco in Carlow has pay and display parking run by a private outfit called Euro car parks. They have a "Traffic Warden" issuing tickets for non payers. He is not a local council warden. What is the position if you dont pay one of these tickets? Can they look up your number on the national computer and then get you?

I would be of the mind that only local councils or the cops can access the records. Can anyone confirm this?
