    New 4 bed house in Eagle Valley, Wilton, off south link roundabout, on no.14 bus route. FF, all mods cons, parking. Sharing with 3 others. Smokers in hse.     Surely you mean off the South **RING** Road? Not sure exactly where Eagle Valley is (I presume it is new), but the South City Link Road is more than 2 km away from Sarsfield's Road.

    LOL, did not expect a debate on this! Yes Sarsfield's Road off sth link/ring road. Coming from Wilton shopping center head down hill to sth link/ring road, drive straight through roundabout (or walk over on footbridge) then up the hill and eagle valley is on your right. As for nice area versus dump, well it's inbetween the 2 type of areas but it's a large relatively new self contained quite estate with a couple hundred houses, average size 3/4 bed family homes with one or 2 cars parked out front, 2.2 kids etc.... Our house is just built and is first letting.
