What i would like to do is put a video file (WMV) onto a disk that can be played by a modchiped playstation 1. I have tryed the procedure given on this site http://WWW22.brinkster.com/ceddy/ceddy.html and after a long day trying to figure it out i eventualy got a disk to record with CDRWin, but it did not work when put into the PSX. If you know how to do this i would like to know what procedure you have used sucessfully.

http://ceddy.cjb.net this is another site dedicated to this topic it has a different procedure which looks to be more complicated.

What you want to do is to make a VCD.

PS 1 with mod chip can play VCD so as any PC with CD-rom and right software Also most of DVD player can play VCD too.

You can find lots of web site regarding how to make VCD, just do a search in Google.

You need to convert you movie file into MPG2 first and then you can use EasyVCD (shareware i think) to burn it.

    Good luck
