    I sort of blame Boards - sorry :)
    You don't specify what character set the pages are to be displayed in, so you're depending on the end user's browser to have the correct default encoding.
    It appears to me that the encoding you are currently using is Windows-1252, and if so, it would be nice if that could be mentioned (preferably in the headers, but alternatively in a meta tag).
    Either set the Content-Type header to
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=windows-1252

    or else add this to the pages:
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">

    Note that you're not going to gain a large contingent of Japanese speakers here with the character set allowed by that encoding. Anybody for UTF-8? :D

    Listen I'll not have any dissing of Netscape 6+/Mozilla on here.

    The thing is, Netscape 6+ is absolutely great.
    4.* was good in it's time, but now may it ever rot in hell.

    Don't get the two confused. They're very different beasts.
